Primary Care
It is important to establish routine health care with a primary care provider. Routine care is focused on prevention and screening. We get to know you and your health history and take time to learn about your risk factors, including family history and lifestyle behaviors. A routine exam is your chance to mention any complaints or concerns about your health so an appropriate plan of care can be discussed. If needed, your provider may also collaborate with other health professionals, typically specialists, for consultation and may refer you to them if necessary. Turn to your Primary Care Provider (PCP) for: •Annual physicals •Prescription refills •Care for chronic conditions and more

Weight Management
Starting your weight loss journey can be challenging, but with the right tools and support, it doesn’t have to be. There are many tools available, including GLP-1 medication. GLP-1 is a naturally occurring hormone that plays a role in regulating blood sugar levels. It is released from the intestines after eating and stimulates the pancreas to produce insulin, which lowers blood sugar. GLP-1 receptor agonists are effective medications for treating type 2 diabetes. They can also help lower blood sugar levels, promote weight loss, and reduce cardiovascular risk.

Hormone Replacement Therapy for Men
Hormone imbalances can affect men at any stage of life. However, they are most common during middle age when testosterone levels decline rapidly. This can have a significant impact on men’s health and overall well-being. This stage, often referred to as andropause or “male menopause,” can bring about a range of physical, emotional, and psychological changes in men. Men who are dealing with hormonal imbalance may experience one or more of these symptoms: •Weight gain •Muscle loss •Difficulty sleeping •Fatigue •Low libido •Erectile dysfunction •Depression We will talk to you about different options for treatment of hormonal imbalance including bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). The primary goal of bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is to restore hormonal balance in both men and women, and it involves administering hormones created from natural sources and designed to be chemically identical to those the body produces. It is safer and has fewer side effects than traditional hormone replacement therapy options. Bioidentical hormones are meticulously formulated to precisely replicate the molecular structure of hormones naturally found in your body. This means that they can bind to your body’s hormone receptors like the hormones your body produces on its own. One of the advantages of bioidentical hormone therapy is the ability to customize the dosage to suit each individual, aiming to achieve optimal hormone levels for better results.

Hormone Replacement Therapy for Women
The first stage of the menopause transition is perimenopause, which begins for some women as early as in their 30s. This is the point at which the body begins to gradually reduce its production of estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone resulting in symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, weight gain, and many others. The next stage is menopause, the conclusion of the reproductive cycle, marked by twelve consecutive months without a period. A woman may still experience symptoms during this stage and for many years to come. Other risk factors for woman at this stage are osteoporosis and heart disease. We will talk to you about different options for treatment of menopause-related symptoms including bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). This treatment involves using bioidentical estrogen and progestogen, as well as DHEA, to restore the declining hormone levels that are causing your symptoms.
